About Us

Veltrix is built for people who spend their time outdoors and would rather their kit just worked.

We bring together practical outdoor essentials for hiking, camping and travel. Not the most expensive gear, and not the cheapest — the useful stuff. A head torch that holds its charge. A cook set that packs down small. A sleeping mat you can actually inflate at the end of a long day.

What we look for

Every product we stock has to earn its place against three things.

It has to be useful. Features that solve a real problem on the trail, not a longer spec sheet.

It has to be honest value. Good gear at a fair price, described accurately. If a tent sleeps three to four people, that's what we'll tell you — not two.

It has to hold up. Kit that comes back from the trip in the same condition it left in.

How we work

We're a UK-based online retailer. We don't run shops, and we keep our range deliberately tight — a small number of things we're confident in beats a catalogue of things we're not.

If something we've sold you doesn't live up to that, we want to hear about it. Every email reaches a real person: support@veltri-x.co.uk.
