How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery time to all destinations we ship to is 7–12 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all UK orders. Shipping to other destinations is calculated at checkout, so you'll see the total before you pay.

How can I track my order?

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way — please allow up to 48 hours for it to start updating.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment providers. We never see or store your card details.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you'd like to return it, for any reason. Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send it back. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll cover all postage costs. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Will I pay customs or import charges?

UK and Ireland orders include VAT, with nothing further to pay on delivery. For orders outside the UK and Ireland, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's rules.

Are your products suitable for serious outdoor use?

Our range is chosen for camping, hiking, backpacking, fishing and general outdoor use. Each product page lists full specifications so you can check an item suits your trip before you buy.
