At Veltrix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

📦 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
❌ Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items on sale
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged items not due to our error
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order.
💰 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are only issued for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- Items not received (lost in transit)
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
🌍 Dropshipping Notice
As we operate using a dropshipping model, returned items may need to be sent to our supplier’s warehouse.
We will provide the correct return address after your request is approved.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
